my happenings

went family dinner @ sakura clementi on vesak day. all my uncles,aunties and cousins went. as i was the only girl there among all the cousins - and youngest, i listened to the guys chat about NS. 1 had finished NS, in the workforce currently. 1 ending his NS soon, 2 going NS tis year. i asked the cousin still in NS if he saw anything that he shouldnt see in NS. he said he guessed he were the lucky few who did not. then he started sharing stories, like the bed will shake if someone hid pork under his bed, the "uncle and xiao mei mei" in tekong, dining area that messed up itself in school 1, sounds of children running from above an office, how the guys will go toilet tgr cuz they are scared to go alone, how bung mates saboed a guy by hidding under his bed and shook the bed to scare him, etc... from NS ghost stories, we shared school ghost stories, both NYP and SP. the cousin who was an ex sp-ian din know about the sp stories, so i shared with them. haha...i simply recycled my stories. they were the same stories i told the campers during the le we ro camp. ok... my stories also 有限公司！

we shared all the food. when someone took a shellfish lookalike kind of thing, one cousin exclaimed " i dun like to eat things that look like organism"... tads kinda funny...

i enjoyed the gathering cuz we seldom meet. usually just once a year during CNY. should have this kind of gathering often...

went to cut my hair today.... ok.... to trim... got really tired of my old...

jm: what style can i have with my length?
guy: perm...
jm: (cuah dioh)... if dun wan to perm?
guy: maybe can cut layer tads higher
jm:ok...

ding dong, ding dong....... he cut cut... then he remarked

guy: this is jap style.... ltr i use wax, then v nice le
jm: (thinking to herself) die... jap style? wax? ltr v havoc how???

ding dong, ding dong..... he cut cut then he asked

guy: u want to colour?
jm: wait till its longer bah... v dry, scared will make it worse
guy: did treatment? or reborn before?
jm: no
guy: nvr do anything chemical to your hair?
jm: no
guy: wow... hair is healthy...

wads his meaning? did he mean my hair is healthy or its good not to do anything chemical to your hair?

i said goodbye to my 披头散发 days. no more thick hair covering my eyes. got rid of my auntie hairstyle.but when qin and wanyi msg to ask me about my hair, i looked @ e mirror. the more i look, the more i think there's not much diff. well, heck.wadever it it, MY HAPPINESS INDEX INCREASED.
