backstage . preparation . wanyi's bdae

it was wanyi's bdae on fri. had to pretend i din know / forgot all about it. had to let our project grp members sign the card without her knowing. duno if its me or wad, when i turned my head to look at her, she was looking down at my direction. i was thinking to myself "omg... i think she saw us with the card!" but it turned out later that she din.


during lunch, was eating together with her, qin and limin. i suddenly remembered i forgot to bring my cam. but couldent say it to qin directly infront of wanyi, so i msged qin instead. qin saw that and she "haha" out and reminded me that she could use her phone. then peili msged me RE some club matters. wanyi gave that suspicious look and said"jiamin arh... who u msging???" i just acted blur and showed her the word "rotaract". then i said "so who do u think i am msging?" then i imagined what will happen during the celebration later @ lecture and i smiled to myself. that sharp wanyi then said "why are you arm chio-ing"i just said 我有meh? 我 arm chio 做什么?and continue eating my wanton noodle.


during lecture, sat with qin and karl. here's our conversation


Karl: eh.. later u start hor.
JM: (always blur) start wad?
Karl: sing bdae song
JM: huh??? eh... dun wan leh... v 紧张. eh... u guy leh...why push to me?
Karl: aiyah... end of lecture just pom this thing (cake) infront of her can already lah
JM: (thinking hard)
JM: (after sometime in the middle of lecture whispered to qin and Karl) i think later i go ask Chih wee for his mic
Karl: huh? 真的吗？ok!!!! u go!!!
Karl: (started flipping his lecture notes) eh. 6 more slides.
JM: nervous leh...
Karl: (pushed my highlighter) 5 more slides!!!
JM: (pushed highlighter back) eh.... 不要这样 leh... 很紧张！
.....
Karl: 2 more!!
Karl: 1 more!!
JM: (SHAKING!!!!!)
JM: (when chih wee finally closed his lecture) dun wan to grab his mic le. too scary...
Karl: woah! u changed your mind within 6 slides


then everything is a mess and happened v quickly... open cake box, light candle, karl went off to stop wanyi from standing, i was left with the cake, passed qin my bag, took that cake box, went towards wanyi, started singing bdae song, qin gave the present, chih wee sang the canto bdae song.........


to think of it now, how do i manage to find 那胆子　to sing infront of the lecture group???
